Heels parallel to each other, hands by ears. Inhale and press into your palms and feet. Rest on your head for a breathe, push up again and try to bring your hands closer to your heels. Repeat one more time, then release. Follow with a seated forward fold.

Gaze at the floor. Keeping my feet parallel is something I’m working on. To do a seated forward fold, sit with legs together and straight out. Inhale, extend arms overhead. Exhale, hinge at the hips a grab the side of the feet or your big toes. If you can’t reach use a belt/strap to go around the feet and grab each end keeping tension as you lean forward. Keep back straight and extended. Looks like you’re folding in half.

that is AwEsOmE. I haven't been able to do a back bend for a while but I'm gonna give it a go and start working back toward that flexibility and strength

I’m ok, I love helping people to be their best. That’s why I love this app, I haven’t met any negative nancy’s. When someone is feeling weak or falls on their goals, there is lots of love and encouragement from everyone here to pick themselves back up and keep marching.

Eclectic, try a bridge or camel pose. You get similar benefits.

Thanks for the tutorial - I am going to add this to my stretches.

Tahoe, it’s a great stretch at the end of a workout when the body is warmed up! Remember to bend the other way after. :) check out kino mcgregor on YouTube for a better description of how to properly align yourself.
