2 pounds down from eating like 1850 calories yesterday to save up.... hitting my OMAD really hard tonight, so I'll probably gain a solid pound back by morning!

I love dieting for weight loss. It feels like I've "earned" this big meal and I'm actually super excited!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
