you will probably be a lot more comfortable not having to eat that much. I can't imagine having to eat more than I want just to work out.

Nice, yeah 4k may have been a little much. I mean, I don't eat 4k allll the time. I'm averaging closer to 3k the last week.

Haha, yep! Unfortunately, it takes time. I didn't notice how long it took because I loved the process in my early 20's plus being younger probably caused the gains to come quicker.

I didn't wait 20 years. I've been this size since 2004. Took 3. Maybe 5 max to refine it. I've just been maintaining for the most part since then.
