Sooo before I got on the scale I was thinking: just be under 160 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 A lot of this gain is water weight that will be gone by the end of the week. Not all though, I ate like 3k calories a day for the last 3 days. I could safely hibernate for the Miami winter (about a week 😜) Well back to keto today. I will probably feel even worse today (been in a food/carb induce stupor) and then in a few days I’ll feel better and I’ll start fasting again. Happy Monday 👍
72.4 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I tested my bs and it only 98!! I can’t believe how low it is! Before I lost so much weight, it was upper 100s all the time. Even though I really abused myself, my body has really healed itself.

Thanks guys! I have a bit of a head ach and I’m a bit cranky but today wasn’t so bad. Not good enough to get me to the gym. I worked 7:30 to 4:30, no break and disgruntled customer bitching about prices and Stealing!! 😓😩 BUT I will do squats and crunches before I go to bed tonight. Maybe I’ll even go to the gym in the am. Who knows 🤷‍♀️ Right now I’m enjoying some yummy peanut butter 😁
