I kind of stop recording my calories and went a bit away: I had pizza last night and many new greasy stuff anyway so I can't complain for the rise.. period arrives today so I hope after this thing is over I will try to go back to lose it mood. Please don't go higher though or take it as a license, focus on going back at least to 48.. you got this.
49 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
