Unpleasant upward swing on the scale this morning. I have no one but myself to blame! I thought the activity I did around the house/garage would have burned off more calories, but I think chocolate + adult beverages were too big of a foe.

Well, I've lost this weight before, so I know what to do.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There is nothing more sobering than logging every last mouthful of food into the diary here. Sheesh.

Agree 100% re: logging everything! Sobering is just the word! But are you sore? Guessing your muscles are retaining water... Changing all the beds? C'mon.

Your are right - you know exactly what to do because you have done so well already! I would think that logging all your food should have burned more off...lol
