Oh No! Not again! Did it go away when you ate something? I really feel for you!

The headaches seem to be food related, but I have decided to track them for a month or so to rule out hormones. I know with low carb I should be eating more salt (I am doing a little more than usual), but salt directly impacts my blood pressure.
