Need ideas for packing a low carb breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the weekend. I will be volunteering at a Fencing tournament. Typically they bring in Bagels for breakfast, and some kind of Mexican style lunch (occasionally they cater in Hawaiian food). I need to resist the lunch carbs (rice or my favorite comfort food - Hawaiian mac salad). Any suggestions?

String cheese, almonds, macadamia nuts, salami, hard boiled eggs, carrot sticks, berry and plain Greek yogurt, meat sticks...

pepperoni and cheese is one I love sometimes, deviled eggs are a favorite too. celery sticks with cream cheese is a tastey treat. you can even make up some sandwiches with zucchini divide it longwise in half and scoop out the middle and fill it with your favorite filling like tuna and no sugar mayo or salmon and mayo

Can you bring a chiller bag? If so, I'd just get low carb wraps and fill with your choosen fillings (egg mayo, chicken mayo, ham & cheese, cream cheese salmon, etc)... won't take up too much room, make very little mess while eating them. Have fun!

package of chicken, pork rinds, vienna sausages, quest bars (low carb), protein chips (barbecue, nachos, sour cream) all can be brought at Wal-Mart.
