Bad night for family news and really bad night for food. My binging was restricted to sugar free but that is consulation for overeating. I'm so worried, not only for my family, but also for my diet and well being.
97.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
