Actually trying to be good today. Had pizza last night. A lot of pizza. I had a scone this morning. But I’m having a very low fat, low carb/ healthy carb lunch 👍

I kinda spiraled and ended up eating completely random stuff when I got home and then didn’t go to the gym 😓 feeling very defeted 😞 😤

Yes, drink a bunch of water. Get out of the kitchen! Do something small. Forgive yourself and move on.

You are alright. You are on here being mindful of how things went today. You are wishing they had gone a wee bit better so you will make wiser choices tomorrow. I believe the dangerous times are the times we don't reflect on our choices. You are here reflecting. So you are going to be fine!!!!!!

@CrashtestDawnie - You have worked so hard for so long, I think you just need a break. I am basically 'taking a break' on the 'aggressive' weight loss. After this 'fat bomb' week (that has me gaining a pound a day!) , I plan to go back to my no solid food fast during the week ONLY so I don't compulsively eat, not to lose weight fast.

It’s true. I would like a break. But mostly from reality. I will always have to watch what I eat. Which takes time and energy, which I don’t have much of. Keto is easy but I got bored. I’m trying to go back on it now. I had bits this morning and just ate a kale egg salad 🤢 lol kale is yuk lol

Remember, carbs require water. Water is heavy but water isn't the enemy. You did have one pretty high calorie day, but that won't make you gain a pound of fat. But it seems that water weight is causing you mental distress. Stress can cause more water retention. So maybe keto is better for your state of mind, even if kale is gross.

I lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks doing strict keto. After a little over a month I wanted carbs in my life. I have cut down on carbs drastically. I may have a dt mt dew once a week but other than that it’s water and coffee. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day has most definitely helped my weight loss journey.

Lzen I’m not worried about the weight gain. I will lose it fairly quickly once I get back to keto and IF. My depressed mood was from my weakness for bingeing. A lot of the bingeing was spurred on by my cycle. But I can’t seem to get control with moderation. I have to cut it back out again. I don’t drink enough water. I was, for a while. A gallon a day but felt ill. I feel much better only drinking 7 to 8 glasses unless I’m out in the sun for long periods of time.

I didn’t lose very fast with keto, just consistently. About 50 pounds.
