So the scale might be acting up, or I might have lost water and found it again... Leaving the weight as it was recorded yesterday - hopefully it'll be there again tomorrow....
73.0 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
