I have no idea how much meat I had for lunch/dinner. I shared it with my dog. 🐶 she was super happy! low fat meat definitely isn't as satisfying as a good fatty cut. till tomorrow keto on
81.6 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
