Keep calm..and keto on..good Thursday morning..as the 2 ketodudes would say at end of their podcasts...so I been keepin calm and sticking to the plan...I made some almond buns yesterday afternoon...they are on their recipe page .on the 2 ketodudes web page..I’ll be making those again...even gonna double it and make a loaf of bread from it...

Raining right now...haven’t rode..but gonna get on zwift later..just starting to feel more like the ole me before my bicycle wreck..starting to get in habit of getting back on road bike and enjoying that peddle time again..shoulder is still healing and will be until at least April of next year..but that’s fine...just gonna do different workouts along with riding to build my right shoulder and right bicep muscle back up..

My last therapy is today..but canceled yesterday..Monday when I went.. I was just ther 23 min and they was done..instead of adding something else on..they was done...yes I was tired..but at same time...23 min...just wasn’t to happy with them...so..I canceled my last visit...figure they don’t care...I can do it at home just as easy..might have to revise the move..but any moving is gonna make me stronger...just have to take lifting weight slow..as I’m just doing 6 lbs on right side to build that back up..still better than 4 months ago..when I could lift 0 pounds..

630 am..gonna fix breakfast...and break my fast..then about 9 am or so have my salad...an back into fast mode once again...and keto on...lol

Zwift ride...10.1 miles...38,47 on time..after 4 months of recovering from rotary cuff surgery and bicep muscle repair...finally starting to feel like my ole self...what a great feeling...
