once I hit my goal of losing 50 pounds, the weight is becoming incredibly hard to lose now. this 240 - 230 range has been frustrating to say the least.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have had great progress! Congratulations. For me, I have had to constantly adjust my strategy as I got lower.
