Finally, the weight scale is moving down.
Possible clues of why:
Yesterday, interestingly I Skipped exercise and took a Nap instead.
Although I Skipped lunch my total calorie intake was unaffected.
Ate Egg whites, Zucchini spirals, Turkey, Tomato sauce, Asian pear, 4 Rice Cake, Peanut butter morsels.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
