Headache won't go away. Thinking I might have to take something for it - drank extra water yesterday, and have already had extra this morning. Had an occular and a regular migraine yesterday - friend at work suggested it might be because we were getting a storm today. It's been storming all night - rain, wind and thunder - it's not helping... Time to apply EO headache balm - trying to avoid taking OTC headache meds... Haven't had one headache or migraine since starting KETO June 1st - hope I can shake this in the next hour or so - hate calling in sick on a Friday...

What about your electrolytes? Sodium, magnesium and potassium? I get headaches if mine are too low and find that it corrects quite fast if that was the case - if it doesn’t then I know it is a sinus/weather pressure issue.

Thanks A6evergreen - I'm assuming electrolytes were ok - I normally drink water with lime & pink himalayan salt all day... Maybe the headache balm worked - I am feeling somewhat better - came to work 8-)
