My personal weigh in days are Monday. However, I am also in a weight loss challenge at work where our weigh ins are Wednesday. So from last Wednesday until today, I am down exactly 5lbs. Yesterday was a “heavy” day for me and I still killed it! Down 1.6 since Monday. 200’s...I am coming for you real soon!!! 💪✊
144.4 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 56.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
