The foot is still a big issue. Was going to start weight training at the club, but now I think I will continue at home until the gym is finished being built. On of my lowest weekly calorie totals on Cardiotrainer in months. Gotta do Cardio smart. Am wearing a brace on l heal.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
