So I weighed myself this am but forgot to log it - better late than never. I'm probably not going to be able to weigh myself tomorrow - I'm away overnight for work and forgot to pack my scale. First trip of the fall - I'm a little out of sorts but it can only get better. Had a good day - will be home tomorrow by dinner - all's good. Going to check in the am to see if the hotel fitness room has a scale - I doubt it, but it's worth checking. If not, I'll likely just log the same weight as today - probably won't be far off anyway. Enjoyed a bunless Five guys bacon cheese burger for dinner - was quite impressed - 100% beef - quality toppings and they offered to either wrap it in lettuce or serve it in a bowl. Job well done - I chose the bowl. This might become a regular thing for the next 2 months while I'm in peak travel season. Good night all - hope you've all had a great day!
