Had a bit of a binge yesterday when I got home (homemade frosting was involved, it wasn't pretty...). I did get myself outside for a walk, but it was still a bit of an embarrassment because I -know- better. I know that the hardest time of day for me is between getting home from work and dinner. I've started bringing extra veggies to work as a snack between breakfast and lunch (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't).

I'm supposed to be flying from OH to FL Friday, fingers crossed that Florence doesn't alter my plans too terribly.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
