I said I would restart last week. I lied. 3 weeks of bagels, cheeseburgers (with the bun), ice cream, cookies, potatoes, French fries, potato chips, wine, rum, beer, pretty much anything I wanted to put in my mouth. So 2.4 gain is not as bad as I thought. My IBS acted up because of the stress of traveling. That probably has a lot to do with it.
Back in the saddle today for real.
