I checked and checked again. 5 lbs in one day. I don’t think it’s from not eating a half bag of pistachios a day. Maybe we need a new scale.

Weight loss is more a cumulative. Say you ate within your range all week and splurged one day. The gain might not show for a couple of days. Or, better yet, those pistachios were a good thing!

you would be surprised, you could have been retaining a lot of water along with the lowered calories you got a nice drop.
