I'm stumped but I like it

Oh I took it.. I guess I have to wait 8-9 days, and eat in surplus to get drops. So I ate a shit ton last night and this am to keep it going? And slammed some carbs after the gym. We'll see what happens in the next day or so.

Sleep? Sleep?? Dang it. My 4-6 hours aren’t helping me then lol. 🤔 Good excuse for a nap later!!

I gained back 5..lol Chinese and 1 hr of hardcore gym before a small vaca. It will be gone in a couple days
