Did not rest well. Drifted off in cat naps. Have significant back pain on left mid back. Excruciating with movement and also sensitive to touch. Gained 3 pounds this week. Edema to l upper extremity. Lower legs slightly edematus too..changed patch this am. Have me appointment with nephrologist in am.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
