2 weeks on intermittent fasting- up .8lbs but I know the ups and downs so far are really water weight.

This is a long term journey and have been here before and know the last time I lost big it took time.

Important part is I’m feeling better and have hope.
110.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 35.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
