So unfortunately, the weight lost when I was sick has re-appeared. Last night I was craving sweets! Normally I do not have such a sweet tooth! Will have to step up the workouts.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
