Had a lovely sushi dinner last night with a friend then blew some calories on a lemon bar at The Corner Bakery. Totally worth it!!!
68.3 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
