rough week, eating right but weight started to go up for the first 3 days (went up 5 pounds). realized my protein shakes were high in carbs. I switched and that put me back on track.
112.3 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
