Woke up this morning and I weighed in at 241.8lbs. A little bit of a shock - now I don't know if this is water weight loss or actual fat loss but it's about 6lbs un one week of intermittent fasting - not going to weigh myself again until next Saturday.
Hoping this continues but expect next week things will get back to normal as 6lbs in a week is likely not sustainable - I would expect and accept 1-2lbs a week.
