Woo-Hoo glad to see that little drop - I was wee bit nervous getting on the scale this morning but going back to IF yesterday did the trick! Back in the saddle today! #keto #healthy #grindtime

It does work as I do it a couple days a week don’t eat after 8 at night then eat at 12 noon and it’s enough to help me with these big drops I notice in the week then I level out.
