Didn`t lose a thing but didn`t gain a thing. Is that good.....who knows. I`m ok with it...this week. Had a wonderful time for supper with family and friends tonight.
I have to go into work at for 2300 shift. Not looking forward to that. I thought I had 2 days off, but I didn`t...only one so that surprised me. I had the whole evening planned and ended up cancelling the remainder of my night.
Allright thats it for me and back on the horse again.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

To not gain is good. I've had weeks where I've gone up as much as two pounds but with persistence the weight has always come back down. I'm able to wear things I havent been able to wear in years. So I have definitely When the pounds are not falling as fast as you may want try on something that you havent been able to wear in a while. It helps keep me motivated.

i have a weigh in tomorrow and i'm pretty sure i will either be the same or have a gain because last week i lost 2.5 pounds and that is not in any way typical. generally i lose a little every other week so let's start rooting for a loss next week for you. :)

Thanks guys! and yes I will try on something in the closet. I notice my jacket is feeling a little roomy!! Also I really can feel when I'm puffy...You know what I mean?? The day I weighed I was "fluffy-puffy" and kinda sore from that. Ok --we are doing this together and we will succeed!!
