Sat most of yesterday - on planes, in airports, in the Yukon, and visiting... The trip west wasn't uneventful but we made it -through mechanical delays and smoke from the fires - we made it. (BC Forest fires - not the planes). All to meet our newest grand-baby! and of course spend time with our son , his fiance and our grandson... Today will be better... and it's going to be a great week.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
