45 minutes till go time - decided i'm taking my scale - not sure the hotel gym has one or if it's any good. Part of me says just go and enjoy this vaca but then I think about how hard I've worked and the fact that I'm half-way to my goal... found some bubble wrap so the scale's coming with me. Have a great day everyone!
79.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
