😮😄 well I sure hope this is right! Got on the scale 4 times!! My blood ketones are .5 so it took me 4 days to get into Ketosis. When I first started Keto I think I was in ketosis after just a couple of days but I had already been low carb for 6 weeks. On vacation, I ate an insane amount of Oreos so.... yeah took longer :)
76.0 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys! I’m happy I’m sooo close to my pre vacay weight but even happier that the transitional period (and the non-Keto period tbh) is over. Hopefully my sleep will get better within a couple of days. I was feeling wasaay more focused at work today than earlier in the week.

Hear they say switching to fat burning go much smoother and faster the longer we keep at it. In theory, we should get be back to childhood health in this regard. Feel a bit curious to how my body will handle carbs, in say a year or two. Right now, it handles it poorly.

Me too Diddlee, I do REally well without them. I had only planned to do Keto for 6 weeks when I started but the physical and mental control I have over myself with out carbs gives me so much peace. I feel like a damn drug addict when I eat carbs LOL Me cheating on vacation was a pretty interesting experiment though. The first cheat was well handled, the second cheat of that day was still manageable but just barely. After that, thoughts of eating carby foods occupied waaaaaaaay too much of my time. More days consuming carbs just increased my lack of control.
