Yesterday had orange juice & in the afternoon ate a mandarin orange. I knew we were going out for supper so I tried not to eat any calories. Had a small steak sandwich for supper, with some skinny fries & sm tossed salad with a little ranch dressing & some carrots & broccoli. Ate slowly but was really craving chocolate when I got home. I allowed myself a 100 cal popsicle while watching TV then when show was over I came upstairs & busied myself with other stuff. Although I slept most of yesterday, I went to bed before midnight. I tossed & turned a lot during the night but was too tired to get up & exercise or get up early this morning & walk. I had to take my car in for a 9am appt so I am up now & will try to take advantage of the day & not spend it in bed.
