Today Tuesday August 7th starts yet another day 1. I have started today taking double the medication the doctor gave me to help lose weight. My eating has been totally out of control again & I have been constantly hungry. The doctor only wants me to weigh once a week in the morning, naked & after I have passed water. That will be on Thursdays, but I've been continuing to weigh myself anyway. I just won't record it on here. This morning I was 217.6. I'm so surprised that I'm not way heavier, the medicine must be doing something because it's not me trying.
This morning, I walked to the park & hoed my front flower bed when I returned. I had only some orange juice this morning.
This afternoon, I drank only water. weather was + 32Celsius
For supper I had 2 toasted flax bagels with becel & 3 med bananas on them.
Watched a show on TV with my husband & drank water & had a piece of gum. when show finished I moved away & got busy doing some ironing.
Only 5 wks till our holidays & I need to buy a bathing suit & some shorts!!
