It was a great weekend for me. Saturday my hubby wanted to go to the Blueberry farm to have one of their famous blueberry thunder muffins. I agreed because I didn't want to disappoint him. I knew this was totally off my diet and I didn't really want to go. We were set to go out the door when the neighbor came over and canceled the plan. I wasn't disappointed! After she left, I made myself an omelet in a cup with sausage.
