Attended an opening reception for an art exhibit today and they always have yummy finger foods. I was very good and maybe 100 calories consumed. This is what I've been training for. 😳
73.7 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
