Someone brought cookies into my house and I dove into the bag. I was hungry all day yesterday; nothing satisfied me until I got to those cookies. Maybe I didn't eat enough carbs during the day? At any rate, I squashed my RDI into the ground but I slept like a rock.

Today is a new day. Lots of errands to run and a house to clean so I will be burning calories! Big family party here on Sunday, so I'll be cooking all day, too, in preparation.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Unfortunately, sometimes those are sneaky drops and come back to bite you! Let's hope that is not the case.
