Yesterday: W=47.8kg, F=19.5%, M=36.5kg
Today: W=47.4kg, F=18.8%, M=36.5kg (Yeay !)

I enjoy a bottle of carbonated water after boxcercise and before meal. When I go to restaurant, I order it too. Carbonated water makes you refresh, make your bowel movements regularly and work up a good a good appetite. Only drink no sugar added.

These wines are just arrived from NY today. It is “Happy Hour” for my husband.
47.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
