Great gain! Only drops get props on this forum it seems, lol. Even when it's 100% water.

I will start saying ‘good job’ if you all start posting whether it’s a fat gain, water gain or muscle gain ;). If this is muscle then good job!!

You did very well Chris! For me, I want a steady weight right now and see gains in muscle with a slow, even very slow, fat loss. I’d be perfectly happy losing the exact amount of fat that I’m gaining in muscle. If I’m even gaining muscle. Hubby says I am because I have a bit of definition now but the muscles themselves aren’t gaining in size (by sight or measurements).

;) I should’ve dropped another 15-20# but I ran out of time before the program started. I need to show gains in muscle strength, better endurance and heart rate. I think you did it the ‘right’ way if there is such a thing. Are you gaining 1/2# week, month?
