Messed around and now running behind. Was gonna fry up some eggs before I go to the gym. Now I’m wondering how bad it would be if I grabbed some chips for the salt and cheese for fat and protein. It’s that or a protein bar that’s so chewy I might not get it eaten in the 25 minute drive, a shake that’ll leave me hungry still or just not eating which is what I usually do. But man I’m hungry this morning! Normally I go until lunch with no real hunger issues. Guess I’ll see if I have time to weigh and log before I leave and that will decide for me ;).

Plus I’m confused how I could have 1000 calories yesterday(just wasn’t that hungry) and today I’ve gained even more weight. May try a laxative followed by 2 gallons of water (joking here 😝)

Thanks!! I ended up grabbing some 60 cal sharp cheddar cheese sticks and 1 oz of wavy lays. Glad I did because the workout wasn’t as hard as usual. Well it was but I also added 5-10lb extra today so all in all the food helped. I also don’t feel near as dehydrated as I usually do after cardio. Perhaps I need something salty before each workout.
