It’s been a rough week. I injured myself because I pushed too hard for my bodies comfort(as per usual). I am easily hurt, so I have to be careful with my knees, ankles, hips, and elbows. I love to workout and feel strong, so it always hits me hard emotionally and makes me lose some of my progress (strength wise). I workout for my mental health as well, so when I have to take a break it bums me out.....it also causes some body dysmorphia unfortunately:( Totally thought I gained this week, but actually lost. Trying to stay positive and be more gentle with myself. It’s not a race, it’s a journey 🌈🌄
69.0 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Took me a while to learn to see myself other than the way I thought I appeared - hang in there, I feel ya'... it gets easier to process, over time.

Thanks Chrisw77. Yeah, I think I got a bit over excited lol. Probably need to give my body more recovery time after each workout to protect myself from injury.
