😒 back on steroids for inflammation of cervical spine causing persistent cramps in upper back and neck. fortunately it's spinal nerve root not muscle tear. that means I can keep exercising while undergoing meds and PT. Two steps forward one step back = three steps...... so at least I'm getting cardio?
64.8 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am sorry you are in such pain. Have they suggested deep massage to help reduce the tension back there?? Stretching exercises to help loosen the muscles??

I feel you I have cervicogenic dystonia epilepsy and am waiting for a triple back fusion so right now my weight loss is difficult but we can do it I'll be your your buddy and weight loss cuz I know it's difficult it was difficult before the triple fusion thing had to happen cuz I was in terrible pain anyway but you know you just got to keep moving forward and keep your calorie and your food and carb intake right low carbs is going to be key for us
