Trying not to focus on the uptick on the scale. I had steroid shots in both knees on Friday and extra carbs so expected a bump. All the more reason to keep calm and keto on.
150.1 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
