77.8 kg Lost so far: 50.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Easy loss today. Approx 2.2lbs difference.

I always weight first thing in the morning. I drink a lot of water/tea and if I weigh after meals, OMG, some of my salads or smoothies would put me in a panic.

Sometimes I play the game of delaying my weigh-in and delaying eating, but I know I'm just fooling myself. :). Still. it's gratifying to see a lower number on the scale.
