crazy weekend UP/DOWN/ALL AROUND with weight, emotions, and just plan old STUFF! But I'll be ok. I was very uneasy this weekend and really out of sorts, but again I'll be ok. I'm just tired, tired of STUFF, but I'll be ok. Today is a new day and hoping to stay on day 1 of 3 and going to 24/7 fitness to get my styku measurements. I really was set to cancel my membership but guess I'll keep it for now, just can't afford the trainer but thats ok, I really need to try to do this myself But at least I found out that they have an introductory thing wednesday evenings for those that don't know what the machines are, which is ME!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 6.4 kg a Week

Just meet the trainer once or twice and ask them for a plan to follow on your own. You can do it!
