Music in the background "Rocky Balboa" plays softly as she makes her way to the scale..... and the scale moves again - just a wee bit, but I'll take it. The coconut cream drink the night before last, is down and out - I win! I worked hard yesterday to stick to my new set macro goals and went for a kayak paddle (it was a hard paddle in a larger lake with with winds)... and it paid off. I expected there to be a draw at best! Happy happy happy and going to give thanks to the scale gods by working it hard again today. Some activity planned, meals planned and I'm up early on a day off. I've got a half pound to go to make it 15 lost - going to hit that tomorrow or Wednesday - it's a promise to me! Hope everyone else finds some love in their day - the scale, nsv's or something entirely unrelated but happy-making!
