Nice to know I can take a "break" and stay within 5 lbs of my last weigh in. rejoined a gym, hoping to kill this last 30 lbs

I like that better than me stressing at every pound or even points of a pound, the 'within 5 lbs of last weigh in" is more realistic and not a stressful! thanks for planting that in my brain :-)
