I'm really surprised that I haven't been missing eating things. Hubby was off work today for July 4th and I made him his cinnamon rolls and wasn't even tempted to eat one. I'm doing much better than I expected. I didn't get my five miles in because he was with me so I just did three and a half but it is better than taking the day off, I guess.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
